To most effectively respond to support queries, we use a helpdesk system - built into edDesk Interactive Tools - to track and respond to all help requests.
You can access the helpdesk request form to ensure your support issue receives the highest priority from our development team.
Or you can email help@itechne.com to log requests into the system, in addition to emailing your account manager.
