A innovative approach to rapid competition/survey website development with inbuilt reporting tools.
RSVP Marketing secured the worldwide patent for a direct marketing system in which the aim was to give RSVP the ability to control access to competition or survey style websites via unique entry URLs. These URLs could be based on PIN numbers, Username or some other personal identifying characteristic eg address. Having created these sites for its client base, RSVP then wanted to be able to provide real time statistical analysis on the competition or survey to its clients, securely via the web.
The patent was in place, RSVP needed its ideas translated into a functional reality.
Challenge
RSVP wanted to be able to give each of its clients their own look and feel for the site it created not only in a time effective and costly manner but also without recourse to web designers and/or web developers. In addition there was a need for RSVP to be able to customise the statistical analysis for each competition so that for each client specific analyses relating to its competition could be generated.
Solution
itechne delivered a custom application that allows rapid development of the direct marketing websites (total turnaround for a fully functioning site is less than 2 days). These sites have individual client look and feel, fully customisable questions that either can be based on material provided- ie the user reads some marketing material answers a question and can't proceed until he/she gets the answer right, or the questions can be in a survey style. Once the competition has been entered the user can either be part of an instant win scenario and/or go into a secure draw for a bigger prize. The program built by itechne manages all the drawuing and recording of winners.
The Results
The results for RSVP have been staggering,. By giving RSVP the practical application of its idea, RSVP sales staff have been able to go out and demonstrate thebenefit of its unique marketing ideas.
